Leduc and County Basketball Association (LCBA) is holding a Special Resolution and Annual General Meeting for ALL members on April 15th, 7:00pm at Covenant Christian School.
You don't need to reserve to attend, you can walk in and register at the meeting.
The Special Resolution portion of the meeting is required update our association bylaws. A link to a copy of the proposed LCBA bylaw changes will be sent out to our membership at least 14 days beforehand for members to review.
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) portion of the meeting is where the Executive will report the financial status within our association, league & related associations (Edmonton Youth Basketball Association and Alberta Basketball Association).
Our AGM is also where future board or coordinator volunteer positions are nominated and voted in for the following season. The LCBA Executive will have several vacated positions available for the upcoming season.
All members are encouraged to take an active role, big or small, in our association and contribute with your skills and abilities to help us improve & grow our Leduc & County youth basketball experience!
